Wild

WILD is a wine that offers a different perspective on Israeli Cabernet Sauvignon.
It is harvested from mature vines planted in 1987 that yield a very low crop.

The harvest is done at first light. Afterwards, the berries are manually separated from the stems, gently crushed, and undergo wild fermentation. After fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to one old 500-liter barrel for a year.
This is a wine with wonderful concentration, yet without heaviness. True to the aromatic profile of Cabernet Sauvignon, but focused, lively, and full of energy.
