White Moon

White Moon is a very interesting wine that authentically and uniquely expresses the artistic character of the Upper Galilee in general and Hareshim in particular.

This is a unique white blend that combines grapes from 3 vineyards - Chardonnay from Hareshim vineyard, Assyrtiko from Hareshim vineyard, and Chardonnay from Tzivon vineyard.

At first light, the bunches are hand-picked and pressed in a basket press. The must ferments with wild yeasts and then undergoes malolactic fermentation.

This is a sharp, lively, and energetic wine that primarily expresses its origin rather than just the grape varieties from which it is made.
