Yaara is a Syrah wine from the Wadi vineyard in Tzivon. An isolated wadi that channels a lot of cold air in the morning hours of summer and autumn months, contributing to a slow ripening that preserves aromatic freshness.

Two different harvest dates for the same vineyard were chosen to create a dialogue of lightness and richness together.
