Yaar

A fresh and new look at two of the well-known Bordeaux varieties.

Yaar is a red wine combining two different plots: Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Tzivon vineyard.

The wines undergo wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts, are aged separately in old oak barrels, and blended in optimal proportions approximately two months before bottling.

Yaar is a rich and fruity wine, yet not heavy. Balanced alcohol levels and delicate work with old barrels allow for the preservation of fresh fruitiness alongside a full and generous body.
