100% Petit Verdot form Tzivon Vineyard. The grapes are harvested in early ripening to preserve the varietal character.
The clusters are separated and crushed gently. Most of the berries are fermented whole. The must is macerated for less than a week before pressing and finishing fermentation. After fermentation the wine is aged in old barrels for a year.
