A rose blend of two varieties from different plots: Syrah from Harashim Vineyard and Petit Verdot From Tzivon Vineyard. Each variety fermented and clarified separately until blending a month before bottling. Both varieties went through similar vinification – harvest at dawn at early ripening, pressing without maceration in a basket press, settling for 36 hours before entering spontaneous fermentation.
